HOLIDAY STAYS WEBSITE USAGE AGREEMENT AND PRIVACY POLICY

Thank you for visiting the Holiday Stays website. Using our website means you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms, which together with our privacy policy govern your relationship with us with regards to our website.

For the purposes of this agreement “us”, “our” and “we” refers to Holiday Stays Limited as the owner of the website. “You” and “your” refers to the viewer / user of the website and its attendant services.

9. We reserve the right to disclose your contact details to our debt collection agency where you may be in default of a debt in accordance with our Rental Terms and Conditions.
